On your side.
Client Involvement
You are not a bystander in your own case. Our clients participate in strategy and decision-making at every stage. Your fight is ours, and ours is yours.

In 2024, Eric represented a Salvadoran man and his U.S. citizen wife separated by three presidential administrations, arguing the case (Dept of State v. Muñoz) before the United States Supreme Court. He is the co-founder, president and executive director of the Consular Accountability Project, a non-profit that litigates challenges to the authority of consular officers over visa denials and visa policy. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and speaks Spanish.

Working with Eric is a pleasure. He is knowledgeable, courteous and honest. Most importantly, he has a real understanding and empathy for his clients that is heartening to witness. More than simply achieving a successful legal outcome, he is genuinely invested in the well-being of his clients. In 2022 we were hired by a family […]
Until recently, clients who have traveled back to their home countries for consular interviews have had little recourse in responding to visa denials, even when those denials are simply wrong. Attorney Eric Lee is prying open the doctrine of consular non-reviewability, and offering hope to immigrants whose visas were mistakenly denied. He has provided invaluable […]
Eric Lee exemplifies what movement lawyering is. He represented me in my termination case from Yale Law School after a Zionist campaign, and his work went far beyond conventional legal advocacy. Eric understands both the power and the limits of the law; he wields it not only as a shield for his clients but as […]
Eric and Chris are people’s lawyers, driven by their conscience. You are never just a client and they lawyers. They never lose sight of the human being in front of them whether they are arguing on your behalf in court or taking on Trump’s lawyers. I know this because I was one the plaintiffs in […]
I retained Eric Lee and Christopher as my legal counsel in a case that would become an international story. Throughout this experience, whilst faced with intimidation from the executive, I felt supported every step of the way. I had unfettered access to them both, and they provided sound legal advice. It was important to me […]
I had the pleasure of working with Eric and Chris, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and dedication. From the very beginning, they took the time to truly understand my situation and walked me through every step of the legal process with clarity and care. Eric and Chris are not only incredibly […]
