We take immigration cases to the circuit courts — challenging legal errors, constitutional violations, and agency overreach — with the same rigor we bring to every other level of litigation. The government does not get the last word.
Federal review of BIA decisions is constrained to the record below. We understand this from the first removal hearing. Our immigration court and BIA practice is structured to preserve every argument needed for federal appeal — we never arrive at the circuit court having left critical issues unpreserved.
Filing a Petition for Review does not automatically pause removal. We move aggressively for stays of removal in the circuit court when necessary, protecting clients from deportation while their appeal is pending. Speed matters — we move at the pace the situation demands.
